I like the radio except the power cord is utilized for the antenna, and when it's wrapped around the harness at the rear of the radio the reception is poor.
I won't give up until I can get a grand kid to look at it. I followed the instructions for playing a CD, but so far haven't gotten it to work. Unit was easy to install and looks great under the cabinet. The AM reception is a little better than the FM.

THE AUDIO QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND IT PLAYS ALL OF MY SELF MADE CDS.IT WAS WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.IT IS A GREAT RADIO.THANKS AMAZON. WHAT A LEARNING CURVE FOR ME AFTER YEARS OF MAKING MY OWN AUDIO CDS.I RETURNED THE CHEAP RADIO AND GOT THE SONYWELL THE SONY DID EVERYTHING THE SPECS SAID IT WOULD. I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT A CHEAPER UNDER THE CABINET CD/RADIO AT HALF THE PRICE OF THE SONY. IT'S SOUND QUALITY WAS AT BEST FAIR ,BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT IT DID NOT PLAY ALL OF MY SELF MADE AUDIO CDS.I WAS READING THE SPECS OF THE SONY AND IT SPECIFICALLY STATED IT PLAYED SELF MADE CDS.I DID NOT KNOW AT THE TIME ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITH SELF MADE AUDIO CDS.
It was a good price and I would recommend it to anyone. This product is great. It has good reception and looks nice in the kitchen.
